Institute of Jewellery Management one that not only offers degrees in the subject,
but also ensure that its graduates are industry-ready. A constituent college of
Manipal University, MIJM was set up in 2005. The Institute offers a 3 year Bachelor
of Business Administration degree in Jewellery Design Management (BBA JDM).

The BBA (JDM) is a professional course in which the students are given the relevant
training to make them successful entrepreneurs and efficient executives in the Gem &
Jewellery industry. In addition to knowledge on basic management subjects, like
Business communication, Accounting, Business Economics and Computer Applications,
the students are also given practical training in Gemology, Jewellery designing and
Manufacturing Techniques.

semester and this ensures that they are well equipped to handle the industry once
they graduate. The graduates from this degree are also eligible to pursue higher
studies if they wish. This renders our graduates employable and productive from day

Jewellery Management.

To qualify for this course, students require a minimum of 50% in 10+2, A levels, IB,
American 12th Grade or equivalent. Potential students have to pass the All India
Manipal University Online Bachelors Admissions Test.

Online entrance examinations for admission to these courses are available online at
19 designated test centres in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai,
Delhi, Ernakulam, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Manipal, Mangalore, Mumbai,
Pune, Bhubaneshwar, Coimbatore, Gangtok and Guwahati.

Graduates of this programme have gone on to spectacularly lucrative careers with
leading employers in the industry such as Tanishq, Krishnayya Chetty & Sons and
